Memory landscapes

These projects focus on the scarring dimension of landscape. Landscape is what makes a trace. I see my work as a living archive, a sentinel work. In Latvia, Russia and Berlin, in these lands of blood engulfed by snow, I have tried to translate a great deal of documentation and listening into fragmentary narratives, leaving room for the ghosts of the present.
